1. Introduction
This Business Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of RAGE Business services ("Service") provided by DGTL TECH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Provider", "we", "us") to the organization ("Customer", "you") that has subscribed to RAGE Business.
This Agreement supplements our general Terms of Service. In case of conflict between this Agreement and the general Terms of Service, this Agreement shall prevail for RAGE Business customers.
2. Service Description
RAGE Business provides:
- Secure Proxy Services: Encrypted connections for all authorized users
- Admin Panel: Centralized management interface for user administration
- Dedicated Infrastructure: Isolated server resources allocated exclusively to Customer
- Unlimited Traffic: No bandwidth or data transfer limits
- Multi-Platform Support: Access via iOS, iPadOS, macOS applications. Windows and Android support planned for February 2026.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Pricing
- Base rate: $9.99 per user per month
- Minimum commitment: 50 users ($499.50/month)
- Billing cycle: Monthly
3.2 User Count
Customer may increase the number of users at any time. Additional users will be prorated for the current billing period. Reduction of users takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
3.3 Payment Terms
- Initial Payment: First month is prepaid. Service activation begins only after payment is received.
- Recurring Payments: Invoices for the upcoming month are issued in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon account setup.
Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days past due date.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
4.1 Uptime Commitment
Provider commits to 99.9% monthly uptime for the Service, excluding:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance)
- Emergency maintenance required for security or stability
- Force majeure events
- Issues caused by Customer's equipment or network
4.2 Uptime Calculation
Monthly Uptime % = (Total Minutes - Downtime Minutes) / Total Minutes × 100
4.3 Service Credits

Service credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident. Credits are applied to future invoices and do not exceed 50% of monthly fees.
4.4 Support Response Times

5. Dedicated Infrastructure
5.1 Isolated Resources
Customer's traffic is processed on dedicated server instances that are not shared with other customers or consumer users. This ensures:
- Consistent performance regardless of overall platform load
- Enhanced security through network isolation
- Dedicated IP addresses (upon request)
5.2 Geographic Location
Server locations are determined based on Customer's requirements and may be adjusted upon request, subject to availability.
6. Admin Panel & User Management
6.1 Administrator Access
Customer designates one or more administrators ("Admins") who have access to the Admin Panel. Admins can:
- Add and remove users
- Manage user access permissions
6.2 Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of Admin credentials
- Ensuring all users comply with this Agreement and applicable laws
- Promptly removing access for terminated employees
- All activities conducted through Customer's account
6.3 User Conduct
Customer shall ensure that all users comply with the Acceptable Use policy in our Terms of Service. Customer is liable for violations by its users.
7. Data Protection
7.1 No-Logs Policy
Provider maintains a strict no-logs policy:
- We do NOT log browsing activity or connection history
- We do NOT store original IP addresses
- We do NOT monitor or inspect traffic content
7.2 Data Processing
Provider processes only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:
- Account information (email, company name)
- Billing information
- Aggregate bandwidth usage for capacity planning
7.3 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
For customers subject to GDPR or similar regulations, a Data Processing Agreement is available upon request. Contact to obtain a signed DPA.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to:
- Pricing and commercial terms
- Technical configurations
- User lists and organizational structure
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement for a period of 3 years.
9. Term and Termination
9.1 Initial Term
This Agreement is effective upon account activation and continues on a month-to-month basis unless terminated.
9.2 Termination for Convenience
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. Customer remains responsible for fees through the end of the notice period.
9.3 Termination for Cause
Either party may terminate immediately if the other party:
- Materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure within 15 days of notice
- Becomes insolvent or files for bankruptcy
- Engages in illegal activities using the Service
9.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All user access is revoked
- Customer data in the Admin Panel is deleted within 30 days
- Outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Provisions regarding confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Provider's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Provider is not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
11. Indemnification
11.1 By Customer
Customer shall indemnify Provider against claims arising from:
- Customer's or its users' violation of applicable laws
- Customer's or its users' violation of this Agreement
- Customer's or its users' infringement of third-party rights
11.2 By Provider
Provider shall indemnify Customer against claims that the Service infringes valid intellectual property rights, provided Customer promptly notifies Provider and allows Provider to control the defense.
12. Modifications
Provider may modify this Agreement with 30 days notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to the registered Admin contact. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
