Quick Troubleshooting

Can't connect?

Try switching servers or changing the protocol in Tunnel Settings. If you're on a restricted network, try XHTTP protocol.

Site not loading?

This is usually a DNS issue. Check our DNS Filtering guide or add the site to Split Tunneling.

Slow speed?

Select a server closer to you. You can also try adjusting MTU in Tunnel Settings or switching between IPv4/IPv6.

How do I connect?

Open RAGE, select a server, and tap Connect. You'll see a connection icon in your status bar when connected.

Why is my connection slow?

Try a server closer to you, or check your Tunnel Settings. Adjusting MTU size can also help with stability.

Some sites don't work

This is usually a DNS issue. Check our DNS Filtering guide or use Split Tunneling to route specific sites outside the tunnel.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the RAGE app, go to Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Access continues until the billing period ends.

Do you keep logs?

No. We don't monitor or store your browsing activity, connection times, DNS queries, or IP addresses. See our Privacy Policy.

Multiple devices?

Yes! Your subscription works on all Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID.

How do I get a refund?

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find RAGE, and submit a request.
